Because many of our products are apparel items that may be packaged, handled, or produced specifically for each customer, we ask that all customers carefully review product details, sizing charts, colors, and order information before completing a purchase.
By placing an order with Sinners Reborn LLC, you agree to the following Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Returns
Sinners Reborn LLC does not accept returns on any item that has been opened.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the packaging has been opened, removed, damaged, or altered in any way, the item will not be eligible for return.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our return requirements.
Size-Related Returns & Exchanges
Sinners Reborn LLC does not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
Each product listing includes a sizing chart in the product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing chart before placing an order and selecting the correct size based on the measurements provided.
Because sizing can vary by product, style, and fit, we strongly recommend checking the size chart for each individual product before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections made at checkout.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the item meets our eligibility requirements and the request is approved by Sinners Reborn LLC.
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Items that have been opened
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged
- Items ordered in the wrong size
- Items where the customer did not review the sizing chart
- Items returned without approval
- Items outside the approved return or exchange window
If an exchange is approved, the customer may be responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the item back and receiving the replacement item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Sinners Reborn LLC.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending any approved return. Sinners Reborn LLC is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required or approved by us.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale items may include limited releases, discounted items, clearance items, custom products, promotional items, or any product marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Refused or Denied Returns
If an item is returned to us without approval, opened, used, damaged, or otherwise ineligible under this policy, the return may be denied. In that case, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs if they would like the item sent back.
